To schedule a private utility locate, we need a few details before we can confirm timing, scope, and pricing.
This protects you and our field team by confirming what is known, what is unknown, and what records are available.
** Required Information Before Any Crew Is Dispatched **
This information is required to confirm site conditions, identify known and unknown buried utility lines, and determine whether additional records, interviews, or interior locating may be required.
If this information is not available, dispatch may be delayed or the scope of work adjusted to manage risk appropriately.

Public locate ticket confirmation or results, if applicable

Any site records, as builts, or prior locate reports available for the work area

Name and phone number for an on site contact with knowledge of site history and buried infrastructure

A simple site plan, sketch, or marked up screenshot showing the work area

If you choose to email or call, the same information will be requested and must be confirmed before a crew is dispatched to your site.
