UTILITY COORDINATION

Private utility locating works best when utility records or site knowledge are available. Without records, we are working blind, which increases uncertainty and the potential for missing buried utility lines. Providing available records helps reduce that risk.

If there are buildings on the property, our Locate Technician may require access to mechanical rooms, utility rooms, or other areas where buried facility connections or appurtenances may be located.

We can only guarantee arrival times for morning bookings. Late morning or afternoon arrival times cannot be guaranteed and will be provided as an estimate once scheduling is confirmed.

Are there any site specific health and safety requirements for this work site?

If site-specific health and safety requirements are not provided before booking, additional costs may be charged for delays. Our technicians will arrive with standard PPE including safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and reflective clothing.
